一、岗位职责:
1.Source, develop and maintain critical vendor relationships to improve communications and relations to prevent/eliminate problems and develop new sources of supply for TriMark Xuzhou; remain aware of potential suppliers as they are related to new sources of supply.
寻找、发展和维护关键供应商关系,通过持续沟通和关系维护,防止/消除问题,并为特利马克(徐州)汽车零部件有限公司开发新的供应商来源;保持对潜在供应商的了解,不断发展新的采购资源。
2.Lead and direct the Purchasing functions to create value, mitigate risk, drive continual improvement, and provide realized savings to TriMark by applying supplier relationship management best practices. Responsible for supplier cost saving plan and each year it should achieve overall purchase price decreased 3% target.
领导和指导采购部门创造价值,降低风险,推动持续改进,并通过供应商关系管理的***实践为TriMark提供实现的节约。负责供应商降本计划,完成每年全部采购价格下降3%的目标。
3.Develop, deepen and maintain trusted and collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure Purchasing is seen as a valued partner and appropriately involved in business decisions.
发展,深化和维护与供应商和公司内部利益相关者的信任和合作关系,以确保采购被视为有价值的合作伙伴,并适当地参与业务决策。
4.Communicate company and departmental goals and strategies to Purchasing staff to ensure uniform direction, motivation, and teamwork is present to achieve stated goals and objectives, including maintenance of Purchasing Scorecard, reports, and risk assessments.
向采购人员传达公司和部门的目标和战略,以确保有统一的方向、动力和团队合作来实现既定的目标,包括维护采购平衡积分卡、采购报告和采购风险评估。
5.Lead the working management of mutually beneficial and strategic relationships with new and existing suppliers to drive improvements in key business areas (cost, risk, delivery, quality, etc.) and support contract negotiation.
领导与新供应商和现有供应商的互利战略关系的工作管理,以推动关键业务领域(成本、风险、交付、质量等)的改进,并支持合同谈判。
6.Developing supplier-related contracts in collaboration with Legal, monitoring adherence, and performance. Compare contract terms and agreements against the supplier’s performance related variables.
与法律顾问合作制定供应商相关的合同,监督合同遵守和执行情况。将合同条款和协议与供应商执行情况进行比较,考核供应商绩效。
7.Assure that all incoming material and components/parts arrive as scheduled to promote timely production and avoid production downtime; ensure pre-production parts do not delay product design and development schedules.
确保所有所有供应商原材料和零部件的来料按照系统需求时间到达,保证产品的及时生产,避免生产线停线;确保研发使用的未释放的物料及时交付,以免影响新产品设计和开发进度。
8.Develop and use, as necessary, new methods and technology to improve Procurement processes.
必要时开发和使用新的方法和技术来改进采购流程。
9.Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to set and monitor improvement programs for suppliers in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
与供应商和公司内部利益相关者合作,制定并监督供应商在质量、成本和交付方面的改进计划项目。
10.Oversee supplier performance monitoring and measurement to focus improvement efforts on poorly performing suppliers or re-source, as necessary.
整体把控供应商绩效监控和衡量(发货PPM和质量PPM数据),将工作重点放在表现不佳的供应商的绩效持续改进商或者更换新的供应商资源。
11.Lead supplier segmentation and A, B, C spend analysis and implementation.
领导供应商所属领域细分,不断增加供应商资源。做好采购成本的A、B、C支出分析和执行
12.Maintain awareness of other initiatives/projects in the company that may interact with/affect Purchasing’s performance and operations and collaborate with necessary stakeholders.
保持对公司内部相关其他可能影响采购绩效和运营的计划/项目的意识,并与必要的利益相关者合作。
13.Responsible to perform job functions in a manner that supports TriMark\'s mission, vision, and values for the company to attain its strategic and growth goals. You must keep integrity and do thing in professional terms and work under big pressure.

61Knowledgeable of current version of ISO 9001, IATF16949 and ISO 14001 standard requirements. 熟悉ISO 9001/ IATF16949/ISO 14001标准和相关要求。
61Strong knowledge of computer software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), web-based systems and JDE.
熟悉计算机软件应用(Excel, Word, PowerPoint),网络系统和JDE或者Oracle 或者SAP。
61Thorough knowledge of relevant purchasing policies, procedures, work instructions, processes and applicable documentation.
具备相关采购知识包括采购政策、程序、工作说明、流程和适用文件
三、相关证书及经验要求
61Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent Procurement experience (5 years) at another manufacturer of durable goods.
工商管理、供应链管理或相关专业本科以上学历,5年以上耐用品生产企业采购经验。
61CPM/CPIM, CSCP or equivalent certification – preferred.
CPM/CPIM, CSCP或同等证书优先
61Minimum 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a procurement department which supports a manufacturing environment.
至少5年的采购部门领导/管理经验,支持生产环境。
61Travel requirements: ability to travel to supplier locations as needed
